Order Number and Items
An online order receipt is anchored by its order number and date, so record both near the top. Then give each product its own line with a description, quantity, and price.
Describing items in plain, generic terms keeps the receipt honest: it records what your shop actually shipped rather than copying any marketplace's layout or branding.
Shipping and Handling
Online purchases usually carry a shipping charge, so add it as its own line separate from the item subtotal. If handling or expedited delivery applied, list that too so the breakdown is transparent.
