Florist Receipt
Receipt Caker is a free browser-based tool for florist receipts. Itemize arrangements, stems, vases, and delivery, then give the customer a clean record.
- How do I make a florist receipt?
- Receipt Caker builds florist receipts free in your browser. Add your shop name and the date, then list each arrangement, add-ons like a vase or card, and a delivery charge on separate lines. The tool totals each line, applies tax, and shows a running total as you type. Download a watermarked PNG for free, or upgrade to Pro for a watermark-free PDF for event and wedding orders.
- What should a florist receipt include?
- A florist receipt should show your shop name, the customer, the date, and a receipt number. Itemize each arrangement or bouquet, any add-ons such as vases, balloons, or cards, and a delivery fee, with the recipient noted for delivered orders. Close with a subtotal, tax, payment method, and total. That gives the customer a clear record for gifting or an event and keeps your shop's bookkeeping tidy.

What a Florist Receipt Shows
The header names your flower shop, the customer, the date, and a receipt number. For a delivered order you can also note the recipient, which ties the receipt to the right bouquet if a customer calls about a gift they sent.
The body itemizes the flowers and extras. A gift order might show one line for a seasonal arrangement, a line for a glass vase, and a line for a hand-written card, each priced separately so the customer sees what each part cost.
The receipt ends with the subtotal, tax, payment method, and total, plus any delivery fee. Receipt Caker keeps the math live, so the final figures are always right even on a large event order.
Itemizing Arrangements, Add-Ons, and Delivery
Floral orders combine finished arrangements, small add-ons, and often a delivery run, so separate lines keep the receipt clear. Bouquets and centerpieces each get a row, while vases, cards, and ribbon sit on their own lines.
Delivery deserves its own line because it is a service rather than a product, and its taxability can differ. Wedding and event orders may list several centerpieces by quantity, which the tool multiplies out for you.
Receipt Caker places no limit on rows, so a big event order with many arrangements fits on one receipt. Set quantity and price on each line and the tool totals the lines and the whole document.
Legitimate Uses for Florist Receipts
The everyday use is giving the customer proof of purchase, which they may keep for a gift record, an event budget, or a corporate order filed as a business expense.
For your shop, itemized receipts feed bookkeeping and tax filing, keeping product sales separate from delivery service charges. That helps with sales tax, which may apply differently to flowers and delivery.
If a receipt from an earlier order is lost, you can rebuild an accurate copy from your order records for your own files. Receipt Caker is meant for these legitimate purposes and produces generic receipts, not copies of any shop's branding.
Free PNG or Pro PDF
The free PNG export produces a sharp image with a small watermark, which is fine for emailing a customer a receipt or saving a copy of the order to your records.
The Pro PDF removes the watermark, prints cleanly, and carries your shop logo, which suits event and wedding orders where a polished receipt matches the rest of your presentation.
Both run in the browser with nothing to install. Enter the order, pick PNG or PDF, and the receipt downloads to your device right away.
